I guide people of faith who feel stuck to find freedom, confidence, and connection in life and relationships.My approach is suited for those who want to go deep and work from the inside-out. My background of more than 20 years as a professional counselor and experience in ministry contribute to my well-rounded and relational process, combined with a whole-person focus and biblical insight. Not everyone who feels stuck needs counseling, they simply need someone to bring clarity to their path and point the way forward, like teaching a bird to fly. I illuminate what keeps people stuck in repetitive faith and life patterns, and ways to gain the freedom that comes with removing roadblocks so you can fly! The path we take will strengthen all of who you are and who you are becoming. Then you will able to authentically live out your God-given design. What follows is more joy, and the ability to show up more fully--at home, at work, in relationships, in all of life.

Clarity Workshop
Are you longing for Clarity on your goals and how to get there? This workshop process will help you explore what areas of your life you want to grow in, what direction you want to take, create a reasonable and low pressure plan to accomplish your path forward, and discover your options with multiple paths to get to where you wwant to be. The Heart and Soul of Freedom program
The Bible speaks of freedom, abundant life, restoration, truth, and love resulting from faith in God. Yet even with all our spiritual pursuits, we sometimes struggle to gain freedom emotionally, spiritually, or relationally. Our heart, head, and faith don’t match sometimes. In this 3-month program, we explore and gain freedom from common barriers to an authentic and aligned heart and mind, and you will be equipped with biblically based, practical resources for moving from stuck to freedom!
